When this form is open, your message, optional reply email, and any catalog file are stored in a private review queue for up to 30 days. Expired queue items are removed at startup and before new submissions, reviewer listings or exports, and file downloads. A receipt request checks only its own record and removes it if expired; it does not run full-queue cleanup. If the service is idle, expired bytes may remain on active storage until a later cleanup. Render creates daily persistent-disk snapshots and keeps each for seven days. A snapshot containing an expired submission may remain restorable for up to seven days after its active copy is purged. Only the Owner can access them through a separate reviewer account. No AI service processes submissions, and a submission does not change ingredient, product, source, or stock records. Sending a form does not promise a reply.
