Easily confused with

Sorghum flour — Both are naturally gluten-free grain flours; refinement is not established universally, but sorghum is Sorghum bicolor and teff is Eragrostis tef. Neither resolves to the other and neither is offered as a silent substitute. The non-equivalence is carried here rather than as a guard phrase, because a guard naming a canonical concept would suppress sorghum flour whenever a query mentions teff.
